Hive appeared in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. season 3, and his Inhuman plan was one of the most dastardly that the series ever saw. Premiering in 2013, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. followed Agent Coulson and his team as they investigated strange phenomena, involving aliens, gods, and various other super-beings. The series frequently crossed over with other Marvel projects and generally served as a perfect supplement to the movie series. Throughout its seven seasons, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. even had an impact on Marvel Comics as well.
