The tragedy of Obi-Wan Kenobi was laid bare in Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith, but an alternate cut of the Battle of the Heroes would have actually deepened his guilt. The final duel between Ewan McGregor's Obi-Wan Kenobi and Hayden Christensen's Anakin Skywalker is the peak of the prequel trilogy, an emotional rollercoaster in which the two brothers fought to the death. But during production, an alternate version of the duel was pushed by both Christensen and McGregor, only to be dismissed by George Lucas.
