The two most prominent Xenomorph-killing species in the Alien Universe are seemingly humans and Predators, but as it turns out, neither of them can even begin to qualify for the title of their ‘greatest threat’, as that honor goes to something that is driven to eradicate the Xenomorphs’ entire species–and has the means to do so.
