With the launch of the Nintendo Switch 2 console approaching, many have had concerns regarding the availability of the system for eager consumers. Recent years have seen several consoles having shortages which drive prices up and create frustration for buyers and sellers alike. This has been partly caused by supply chain difficulties after the Covid-19 pandemic, but also due to the rise in people purchasing large numbers in order to resell the consoles at a higher rate. The Switch 2 could be a likely target for many hoping to take this gamble, but Nintendo is working to avoid that.
