Ella Purnell shares a behind-the-scenes photo announcing an exciting production update for Fallout season 2. Based on the Bethesda video game franchise, Prime Video's adaptation follows a young woman named Lucy (Purnell) who leaves her home in Vault 33 to venture into the dangerous wasteland of a devastated Los Angeles to find her father, the Vault's overseer, Hank (Kyle MacLachlan). Premiered in April 2024, season 1 was a massive critical and commercial success, and later that same month, Fallout season 2 was promptly renewed, which started filming the following November.
