One Of Square Enix’s Best RPG Series Is Officially Coming Back

The NieR franchise represents the best of what Square Enix has to offer, and a new video confirms that more is on the way. NieR debuted in 2010 as a spin-off of director Yoko Taro's Drakengard series, but it rose to another level of prominence with 2017's NieR: Automata. Unfortunately, there still hasn't been a proper follow-up to Automata, with the mobile game NieR Reincarnationand an overhaul of the original Japanese NieR Replicant carrying the torch.
